Australia’s highest court has upheld a new Government law on mandatory packaging for cigarettes that removes brand colours and logos from packaging.
The decision means the original plan is still on course, so from December 1st all logos and brand identity elements will be stripped from boxes.
There was a definite split in opinion when I covered the story last year.
